Sara Knight
Sara has over 20 years of executive search and talent acquisition experience starting her career as a generalist researcher with Boyden International, before choosing to specialise in the life sciences, oil and gas, and technology sectors where she was Head of Research for several well-known boutique search firms.
Currently she runs her own talent acquisition consultancy Knight Executive Research providing international executive research and talent acquisition services across multiple sectors to executive search firms, corporates and SMEs. She has undertaken searches in a wide range of sectors transferring her rigorous research skills from one sector to another. She has particularly deep expertise in life sciences, oil and gas, mining, manufacturing and utilities.
Additionally she is a Civil Mediation Council (CMC) accredited Civil, Commercial and Workplace Mediator. This builds on over 20 years of commercial experience working in executive recruitment and HR. She is able to provide mediation services to facilitate discussions between parties in order to negotiate a resolution to a dispute.
Sara is also a French speaker who graduated from the University of Liverpool in Modern Languages and holds a PGCE in Secondary Education from Oxford University, having spent her early career as a secondary school teacher.
